If you choose to not add a credit card at the end of your 14-day Standard trial, your site will automatically be downgraded to a Cloud Free plan. After the first paid month, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Should you opt to discontinue the use of our cloud services, we offer full refunds during the first month of paid service following the end of the trial, if you decide it's not for you.
